We provide interpreters during job interviews for companies accommodating Deaf Job Seekers. Interpreters are also requested for any company meetings, orientations or events.
An after hiring visit or support is provided post deployment until the PWDs are fully integrated in the companies. Our job coaches are specifically trained on how to handle PWDs in the workplace. During visits, areas of concerns are being checked with the PWD supervisor and recommendations are given after the visit.
Every kind of PWD – Deaf, Person with Autism, Person with Down Syndrome,
Physical Disability and others has their own way of life and culture. A 2 hour awareness session is given to the people that they will work with to prepare them on the proper way of handling, communicating and Disability specific ethics.
We realized that more and more companies are more than willing to open their doors for Persons with Disability in the workplace but just don’t know how. The Inclusion Orientation workshop aim to aid the companies some guide on how to be go about hiring PWDs.

Package of 12 sessions of sign language classes a total of 24-hour lessons.

Michelle has been working as an administrative assistance for more than 20 years and among a number of Deaf who has expressed interest in business, Michelle has proved to be the strongest candidate.
